• Payroll.  We will cut and deliver your paychecks, and prepare and file your tax reports.   Direct deposit service is available.
• Accounts Payable.   We will process and pay your vendor invoices.  We help you manage cash flow, paying your bills when they are due and providing you with regular reports of unpaid bills and approaching due dates.
• Accounts Receivable.  We will invoice your customers and process payments.  Full service clients can receive a weekly report that lists outstanding invoices.
• Sales Tax.  We will prepare and file your sales and use tax reports.   We understand the complicated tax rules and keep on top of changes in the law that impact your business.
• Cash Management.  We will reconcile your bank statements.  We can help you manage cash flow and make sure you aren't surprised by insufficient funds to cover a check we've written if you are a full service client.
• Financial Statements.  We will prepare a balance sheet and profit/loss statement for your business.  Full service clients receive free quarterly financial statements.  We will prepare your income tax return.
• Income Taxes.  We will prepare and file your business and personal income tax returns.  Quarterly analysis of estimated taxes due is available.
• Management Reports.  We will provide special reports that help you analyze your business profits.   Our reports can help you track activity at different store locations, individual job profitability, or changes in your business compared to previous years.  Let us know what you'd like to track and we will help design the report that meets your needs.
• Restoration.  We help clients who've lost control of their bookkeeping restore their books to the correct balances.  Whether it's your bank account balances, your sales tax payables, or your outstanding loans, we can help you understand exactly where your business stands and how to modify your business processes to keep on top of these records.
• Computer and Software Support.  We offer training in QuickBooks and assistance in converting records from most other programs including Quicken, Peachtree, Simply Accounting and MYOB.   We will create custom spreadsheets you can use for in-house tracking and help you set up software program(s) for in-house bookkeeping.
• Budget Creation.  We will work with you to prepare a reasonable budget for your business, and help you keep track of where your business stands in relation to your budget.
• Industry Analysis.  We will analyze your business compared to others in your industry, giving you a better idea of your competition and your particular strengths
