A+ Accounting Services is pleased to offer its Windows-based computer users the ability to easily receive remote computer support for QuickBooks, directly from the A+ Accounting Services offices.
Important Note: A+ Accounting Services' remote support software CANNOT connect to your computer unless you first initiate a support session. The software then automatically uninstalls itself when the session is completed. This protects your system from unauthorized access using these services.
Warning - DO NOT initiate a remote support session without first contacting A+ Accounting Services. This session will not work without A+ Accounting first being prepared for the connection.
Follow These Steps
1. Contact A+ Accounting to arrange a date and time for your remote desktop support session.
2. Receive from your A+ Accounting consultant the name of the assigned A+ Accounting computer to which you will be connecting.
3. Upon clicking on the link below, choose OPEN and the software will be automatically downloaded and installed on your computer system.
4. From within the main menu, as instructed by your A+ Accounting Services representative, choose the assigned A+ system to connect with.
5. If possible, reestablish a telephone link with your A+ Accounting consultant to assist during the remote session at:

6.Once the remote support session has been completed, the remote support software will automatically uninstall itself.
